The prestigious Hunting Art Prize recently announced its finalsist for this years award and Kevin Peterson is on the list! The winner will be announced at a Gala to be held April 30th. Kevin’s painting “Graffiti Girl” was a finalist in 2008 and was also used in all of the promotional materials for that years prize. The recent painting entitled “Apart” was chosen this year.
NEOPOPSTREETFUNK presents Boarded Up at Gallery M Squared, 339 West 19th Street, Houston, TX 77008. The show runs from Dec. 11, 2010- Jan. 2, 2011. Opening reception will be held Dec. 11 from 7-10. After winning “Best Emerging Artist” honors at last years Main St. Arts Festival, Kevin will be returning this year to exhibit many new paintings. April 8-11, 2010 Downtown Fort Worth.
Kevin Peterson will be showing many new paintings at Bayou City Art Festival at Memorial Park in Houston this weekend. The festival runs from Friday, March 26- Sunday, March 28 from 10am – 6pm each day.
